I called about a whole house generator. Looking at a Duromax 12000 watt unit. Called Maxtool and got connected to a Ms. Cassidy Britt. She was cheerful and helpful and completed my order in good time and promised me a delivery date of September 27th at the latest. Everything went as planned and promised and I couldn’t be happier.

Had a great customer service man on the phone this morning named Anthony Bustos. Explained to him what I needed to order and the whole transaction was done in less than 15 minutes. He was cordial, knowledgeable and treated me like a old friend. Don't find that anywhere in this day and age! Well done Anthony!

I am very happy and satisfied with customer service Brandon when an extra mile for me. I had an issue with the generator that was not fixable at a shop. Now I really needed my generator by a certain day. Brandon Brower talked to his manager and they didn't hesitat they send there delivery company to my house picked it up and shipped me another one the same day it got picked up. Thay made it happened... Great customer service!!!!

Today, I started my new DuroMax XP15000EH, for the first time. After filling the crankcase with fresh oil, and connecting the battery, I had a couple of questions, before I proceeded. Cassidy Britt assisted me, and she was very friendly, polite, and professional. She quickly and easily got me on-track, and my new generator started and ran perfectly. You never really know what will happen, when you call a customer "help line." Cassidy made the experience a very good one, and I so appreciate her expertise, and professionalism!
